- Gianni Capital Residences I — Asokoro. Seven-bedroom smart-home villas on 620 SQM, C-of-O title. Sold out at ₦1.8 billion per unit.
- Piece Unique II — Maitama. 1,000 SQM per unit, C-of-O title, ₦6 billion per unit.
Ongoing
- Piece Unique I — Asokoro. Nine bedrooms, 2,500 SQM on 1,700 SQM plots, C-of-O title. Three units available at $5,000,000 each, completing November 2026.
- Gianni Capital Residences II — Karmo. 44 units across six configurations, now selling semi-finished from ₦100 million, on 40% down with the balance over 18 months.
